How I work

Sketch it.

Start with the problem, not the stack. A page of notes, a rough layout, then a plan.

Build it.

TypeScript end to end. React and Astro up front, Lambda, DynamoDB and CDK behind it. No servers to babysit.

Ship it.

Get it in front of real people, watch what they do, write it up, fix what broke. Then the next thing.
